NEW OTR Solo Pay Raise and Up to $9,000 a Year in Monthly Bonuses
With our NEW OTR Solo raise, PAM OTR Solo drivers can earn up to $15,500 more a year, including up to $9,000 in performance bonuses.
Here’s what you need to know:
- PAM OTR Solo drivers just got a pay raise up to $6,500 more a year — effectively immediately — with no pay raise caps.
- Solo OTR drivers get a performance bonus of $750 a month with 8,000 safe miles per month and no CSA violations — effective October 1, 2021.
