  • If you’re a former PAM company OTR driver, you can be rehired at your previous paid rate, PLUS the new elevated PAM Weekly Performance Pay!

  • Expect 3 pay raises your first year! ALSO you can become a Driver Mentor and train the next generation of safe drivers. Driver Mentors can earn up to an additional $300 a week, plus up to $1,300 in bonus opportunities for each student you train.
