How Much Can Teams Earn at PAM?
Team truck driving pays at PAM, thanks to new pay raises for both experienced and new truck drivers. When you and your partner join our “PAMily,” together you will earn $.60 cents per mile (CPM) if you are an experienced team or you can start at $.55 CPM if you are a new truck-driving team. After just three months your team qualifies as “experienced” for $.60 CPM!
What’s more, PAM teams can now earn $24,000 a year in performance bonuses, where you and your driving partner can earn up to $2,000 in monthly bonus cash ($1,000 each). To qualify for the $2,000 monthly performance bonus, driver teams must achieve 18,000 miles and have no preventable accidents or CSA violations.
Team driving can be especially profitable for experienced drivers, who often get priority assignments with more miles — and even bigger earnings. For example, teams in our expedited division easily average 5,000 miles or more a week, which translates to a big payday at $.60 CPM.
Why Should Solo Truck Drivers Choose PAM?
You don’t have to be a team truck driver to make a great living. PAM just raised our OTR Solo driver pay, so you can earn up to $6,500 more a year — with no raise caps. This means you can keep earning more year after year with mainly no-touch, drop-and-hook freight.
Plus, you can earn up to an additional $9,000 a year with our new OTR Solo performance bonuses! When you combine the new pay raise with the new performance bonuses, you can earn up to $15,500 more per year!
