About Us

Our employees define who we are.

Our Service

At PAM, our slogan is “Our Service Makes the Difference.” And it’s the amazing people both behind the wheel and behind the scenes who make this promise a reality. Ultimately, we’re here to serve our employees so they can do the same for our customers.

Territories We Serve

We provide nationwide dry van truckload, expedited truckload, intermodal, and logistics services to the manufacturing, retail, and automotive industries. We also have direct service into Ontario and Quebec and are able to serve customers in Mexico via our border crossings in Laredo and El Paso, TX.

Our Offices

PAM’s corporate offices are located in Northwest Arkansas’ beautiful Ozark Mountains in the tranquil community of Tontitown, AR, about an hour north of Fort Smith, AR. We have additional training facilities in North Little Rock, AR, North Jackson, OH, and Irving, TX.

Our Equipment

Our fleet is an average of one and a half years old. All company trucks are retired after three years or 300,000 miles and more trucks join the fleet every week. Our entire fleet follows a strict maintenance schedule to keep our drivers safe and on the road.

Orientation

Once a driver is hired, we arrange for transportation to one of our terminals for orientation. Locations for orientation include Tontitown, AR; North Little Rock, AR; North Jackson, OH; or Irving, TX. Once orientation is complete, a driver is assigned a tractor and dispatched on their first run.

Frequently Asked Questions
